Raghu is a veteran in the industry who has a keen eye for process vulnerability and technology adoption. He is highly respected for his analytical ability and forethought. Nirmal is a 15 year veteran in designing healthcare business solutions and customer relationship management. He has crafted intricate engagements with high complexities factoring in long term customer interests. He possesses rich experience in solution design & implementation for multi software, multi-specialty environment. The most advanced knowledge transfer processes in the RCM industry set by him is still a template for best practices and adopted by many competitors. He has managed large marquee relationships successfully. He has had stints with investment banking and Information Technology to boot.
Nirmal’s interests include football, aquariums and organic farming. He is a fan of Arsenal Football club and is aiming to involve in organic farming.
Anitha is a veteran in medical coding and has managed healthcare coding operations for over 15 years. She was one of the first certified coders in the outsourced business segment. She has experience managing very large coding teams handling multiple physician specialties, inpatient coding teams and HCC programs.
She has been actively involved in various educational forums and coding circles and is an active participant in AHIMA and AAPC conferences and educational seminars.
She has been actively involved in supporting the creation of technologies to improve the training, ramp up and productivity of coders. In her career, Anitha has trained and managed nearly 1000 coders across specialties. Anitha is spearheading the transition of Quintessence and its customers to ICD 10.
Anitha has a passion for cooking multi-cuisines and is a connoisseur of classical music.
Ashok is responsible for customer relations, solutions, implementation and customer service. Ashok has ten plus years’ experience in managing billing operations, transition, customer service and solution design especially with a technology component.
He has worked with very large healthcare organizations and leaders in the industry to design and deliver solutions of the high impact variety and of the highest quality and in the process build long lasting relationships.
He designed a complex workflow solution using an interface approach, integrating multiple systems and stakeholders for one of the largest billing company which resulted in reduction of time to file from nearly 7 days to less than 2 days. The interface facilitated charges being billed out quicker and resulted in faster cash flow.
Ashok enjoys his cricket and is dreaming of owning his cricket team in the near future.
Vijay has handled large operation teams handling multiple scopes and on various operational & pricing models. He rose through the ranks starting as an AR follow up agent and ending up leading a delivery location of 800 billing & coding staff. Apart from Operations, Vijay has starred in Quality, Business enablement and MIS functions handling them all with aplomb.
Vijay is trained on EPIC systems in the United States and is an expert at many billing software.
Nanda is a life sciences specialist, a druggist and a coder to start. He has also risen from being a star coder to managing hundreds of coders and billers. His versatility in coding – having worked on outpatient facilities, office visits, surgery centers, imaging centers and labs – gives him an edge managing end to end revenue cycle outcome driven assignments, He is good at prying open coding denials and has a good knowledge of medicine.
Nanda is passionate about nature and owns farmland growing paddy and sugarcane.
